This blog celebrates the contribution our staff make to Charley's.

We are happy that they are part of Charley’s and wish them a happy holiday season.

Outdoors team

The outdoor team of Mark, assisted by Danny and Logan are seen below – Danny transporting pods and Mark and Logan admiring their work of marking out the rows for the new plantation. 

The outdoor team also manages the plantation, picks the cocoa pods, and opens them. Here Mark and Logan are opening pods, with a bucket of high-quality beans ready for fermenting.

Charley’s Chocolate makers

The chocolate making team is Meryn and Wendy; seen here at work in the tempering area. They do a fabulous job making our delicious, premium chocolate. 

Charley’s Chocolate sales and marketing

A recent hire is Veronica who is managing our wholesale customers. She is very talented, like all our staff. Seen at work on Tall Emu, an Australian developed CMS.

Carly Smith is our news editor. She is based in Brisbane and is responsible for the emails you receive and the website content.
