Robert, please see our note below. Very disappointed to find that most of the various bars I purchased were only 30% australian ingredients. I like to support Australian made where I can. Your own website says you "focus on championing local Australian ingredients". I will not be purchasing again. Thank you Robert for you review. There is a critical shortage of Australian grown Cocoa so we supplement our own Australian Grown with cocoa grown by our partner in PNG. We clearly spell out in the description of each bar where the cocoa is sourced. 10 of our varieties (just under half of the total) is made from Australian grown cocoa which then gives an Australian content of 90%

This Salted Caramel Chocolate is my favourite & even though all Charley’s Chocolate is superb, this particular type has me addicted entirely.

My hubby & I both love & are addicted to your exquisite Salted Caramel Chocolate, which is our absolute favourite & to die for. We rate your Macadamia Praline a close second favourite for us & we were lucky enough to find both at a local store here in Townsville. We have literally bought that stockist out completely in regards to our two favourites & we are now ordering directly from you. We can’t recommend your delicious chocolate & exceptional packaging & fast shipping highly enough! Our only regret is that we didn’t try your gorgeous chocolate sooner as we lived in Wongaling Beach for a short period of time. We believe Charlie’s Chocolate is world class & we hope to continue to be regular, very happy customers.
