Salt flakes and chocolate mmmmmm.
Naturally given our passion for all things Australian, we use Pink Salt from the Murray River basin. The delicately flavoured, highly mineralized and naturally pink crystals combined with the Karkar Island 70% dark chocolate produces a very moreish taste sensation. It goes extremely well with a cold beer!!
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for Vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
