100% cacao hot chocolate

As serious hot chocolate enthusiasts we can highly recommend this drinking chocolate. It is surprisingly mellow given it is 100% and quite easy to enjoy without sugar. We found we liked it made a little stronger than the packet directions, however this is a matter of preference rather than necessity. The flavour is smoky in a way that we’ve come to associate with PNG cacao but without a hot roasted taste suggesting that the smoky notes come from the drying rather than the roasting stage. We taste woody rainforest notes and something dry and spicy. The fats seem to take a back seat in this drink without the richness of some chocolate drinks. An adult beverage. The flavour and mouth feel should delight the ceremonial cacao and the bean to bar crowd.

Great hot drink no additives just pure Cocoa. It is expensive but worth it on cold winter nights.
