Items in stock and despatch of your order
All items in our online store are physically in our stock at the time you place your order.
To make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, we carefully pack orders for 3 or more bars in a polystyrene reusable mini "Esky" along with a cool pack we then despatch orders on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays only. Despatch is via Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post. This is done to avoid your orders being held up in the Australia Post system over a weekend and potentially being affected by temperature issues.
We can email you a tracking number so you can follow your order with Australia Post and receive an estimate of delivery day.
Delivery of your Order.
We deliver to Australian street and Post Office box addresses using Australia Post.
Shipping cost is shown at checkout and starts at $7.95. Orders over $50 receive FREE shipping.
Australia Post will attempt to deliver to the address specified (if you have used a street address) if they are unable to deliver because no one is home they will leave a card in your letterbox advising you that you may collect your parcel from the Post Office.
There have been instances where either this card was not left or has become lost, so we recommend that you contact your Post Office if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, before you contact us. You can also use the tracking information to check on your order.
Picking up your order at Mission Beach.
Free Pick up is available for orders placed online. Just tick the "Personal Pick Up" Box at checkout. We'll advise you when your order is ready to collect. Collection is at 388 Cassowary Drive (Mission Beach El Arish Rd) from 7am to 4pm Weekdays. NOTE This is for collection of online orders only there is no shop where you can see the products.

Exchanging an Item
Due to Food Safety legislation we are unable to exchange an item if you have simply changed your mind.
