This chocolate is hand crafted from “Bean to Bar” in Mission Beach Queensland, from Trinitario/Amazonia cocoa beans grown on Karkar Island, a small volcanic island off the coast of Madang Province, PNG.
The beans produce a chocolate with a beautiful balance of fresh and lively stone fruit. It is a superb base for adding Australian Full Cream Milk to make a truly amazing Milk Chocolate.
This product is gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.
We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin and whole milk in our milk chocolate range.
