Recent order - milk choc tasting pack

I was disappointed with the flavour and texture of the milk choc pack. It was inferior to Lindt choc which is much cheaper. But the dark choc pack was good especially the salted caramel. We use only Full cream milk (as distinct from skim milk) this gives a slightly different texture and flavour. Also our milk is 52% or 60% cocoa, whereas commercial milk Chocolate is around 30%.

Fantastic chocolate. The entire family adored the quality of hte chocolate and the nuts and raisins were our absolute favourite. So excited to support a locally grown, harvested, created business in QLD that has won international awards for quality. Definitely will be gifting and buying this chocolate on a regular basis.
