This is the ultimate Australian Grown and Made Chocolate Pack. Multiple national and international award winning, this is among the finest chocolate in the world. And it's all grown in Tropical North Queensland and made on-site in Mission Beach.
Mount Edna, Tree to Bar Chocolate: Grown in the rich soil of our Mount Edna plantation at Mission Beach the cocoa is harvested at optimum ripeness and then processed on site. The beans (judged in international competition to be one of the 18 finest in the world) are then carefully crafted to produce a multi award winning, very complex dark chocolate, full of distinctive flavour with whisky and raisin notes.
King Ranch Tully River Valley, Tree to Bar Chocolate: The cocoa ppods for this exceptional chocolate are grown in the fertile soil of the Tully River Valley, once part of the “King Ranch”. The ripe pods are harvested and processed at Mount Edna. The finished beans produce a fruity chocolate with cooling caramel notes and sweet woodiness.
Shannonvale Port Douglas, Bean to Bar Chocolate: The Cocoa is grown in the low foothills to the northwest of Port Douglas. The beans are then hand crafted in Mission Beach Queensland into a superb creamy chocolate with rich flavour and nutty highlights.
