This chocolate is hand crafted from ‘Bean to Bar’ in Mission Beach Queensland, from cocoa beans grown on Karkar Island, a small volcanic island off the coast of Madang Province, PNG.
The beans produce a beautiful milk chocolate with a balance of fresh and lively stone fruit, then add Australian Full Cream Milk to make a truly amazing and decadently rich Milk Chocolate.

Our milk chocolate is gluten free. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
