This chocolate is hand crafted from ‘Bean to Bar’ in Mission Beach Queensland, from cocoa beans grown on Karkar Island, a small volcanic island off the coast of Madang Province, PNG.
The beans produce a beautiful milk chocolate with a balance of fresh and lively stone fruit, then add Australian Full Cream Milk to make a truly amazing and decadently rich Milk Chocolate.

Our milk chocolate is gluten free. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.

    Firm still like the Karkar single origin but milkier and not as intense. A satiny lemony finish. Excellent.

    We tried this while on holiday in Port Douglas, and were blown away. Similar to Green & Blacks (which I adore) but with a bit more flavour. Chocolate connoisseurs - you NEED to try it!

    Flavour shows some toasted hazelnuts with a touch of caramel. Think of a not too sweet Nutella® aroma and flavour. Good smooth texture and a lovely salty tang to counterpoint the slight caramel.

    I just got this chocolate as a gift and I will be ordering it regularly now I’ve tried it! It is absolutely delicious, maybe one of the best chocolates I’ve had!
