Australia is a very small producer of cocoa, making these bean to bar chocolates quite a rarity. The differences between each area in fragrance and flavour is fascinating and all three bars are surprisingly sweet and quite accessible for the bean to bar novice. We have thoroughly enjoyed coming to grips with the depth and complexity of flavours in Charley's dark Australian Origin collection.

A great way to share Charley's single origin chocolate with friends. Most were surprised that Australia grows cocoa. The favorite on the night was the Shannonvale - creamy and yummy.

Interesting mix of chocolate styles. Luscous and sophisticated Mt Edna, creamy and approachable Shannonvale and Karkar Island as the strong person in the room - intense flavour and length on palate
