In Australia, cocoa will only grow in a narrow coastal strip of Tropical Far North Queensland between Mossman in the north and Tully in the south.
This chocolate is made entirely from single origin cocoa grown in the rich soil of our own plantation at Mount Edna just outside Mission Beach in Tropical Far North Queensland. This is Charley’s home!
We harvest the pods, ferment and dry the beans then carefully hand craft them to produce an outstanding chocolate. It is very smooth, fine flavoured with berry highlights and luscious raisin overtones. This is Australian grown and made chocolate at its finest and is totally ‘tree to bar’.

Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for Vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
