The cocoa beans for this chocolate are grown at Shannonvale in the low foothills to the northwest of Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. The beans are hand crafted in Mission Beach into a truly superb chocolate.
The beans are carefully roasted at 120°C and then conched for over 50 hours to produce a dark chocolate that has an intensely creamy flavour with nutty highlights. This our most delicately flavored ‘bean to bar’ dark chocolate.
