We take Queensland’s finest macadamia pieces and handcraft them into an irresistible praline. We then break up the praline and place generous size pieces onto the chocolate bar.
The flavours of Queensland grown macadamias in a crunchy praline combine well with the rich Karkar Island 70% dark chocolate, making this by far Charley’s most popular chocolate bar.
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for Vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
