This chocolate is hand crafted from “Bean to Bar” in Mission Beach Queensland, from Trinitario/Amazonia cocoa beans grown on Karkar Island off the coast of Madang Province in Papua New Guinea’s north.
The cocoa beans are roasted and then conched for over 40 hours to produce a rich dark chocolate with bold, earthy flavours and fruity overtones. This chocolate is a great introduction to "Bean to Bar" flavour.
This product is gluten free and suitable for vegans.
We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.
