This superb dark chocolate is hand crafted in Mission Beach, Queensland, from single origin Trinitario/Amazonian cocoa beans from Madang Province, Papua New Guinea. The flavour is bold and earthy with fruity overtones.

This chocolate makes a great base for freshly roasted Australian Grown Macadamia pieces.

We challenge you to stop at one piece!

This product is gluten free and suitable for vegans.

We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers. The only ingredients are: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar and a tiny amount of soy lecithin.

The best chocolate

And I'm not joking. I buy it bulk these days because I'm worried to run out. Not too sweet, but not bitter either.... Just love this chocolate and class it as the best I have eaten

This chocolate is so rich & smooth. Macadamias are roasted perfectly & combine beautifully with the richness of the dark chocolate. It's hard to stop eating only a piece at a time.
