Cocoa Nibs are one off nature’s superfoods, as they are jam packed with antioxdants. Nibs are the inside of the cocoa bean, after the husk is removed.
With nibs you are eating chocolate in its purest form without sugar or anything else.
Nibs can be ground in a pepper grinder, pestle and mortar, or used just as they are depending on how much of “hit” you want to achieve. Either way they are great sprinkled on icecream, or add them instead of nuts in your favourite biscuit recipe. You can make cocoa infused cream. They are also great sprinkled on salads.
